The “prequel” of sorts to SSPD-148 using the same cast (save for the dopey husband actor) and sets but shuffling the roles and sex scenes around. In this earlier outing, Jessica-Chan is the modest housewife caring for her sick husband at the hospital. Things are grim though, as he’s on life support and the care he needs is completely beyond her means. Not a problem though, as Sagawa-San is at hand as the head doctor that can greenlight the treatment he needs. Only thing is her bitch wife better pay up with her body hehehe. This is a “coherced and finally being seduced” NTR film instead of a “Raped until she breaks” film which unfortunately means that Jessica isn’t technically violated.
