When they switched the camera to POV at 1:19:44, i think they switched the actor as well. You can tell its not the old guy anymore because the new actor’s legs hardly have any hair when the old guy’s are hairy. The new guy’s penis looks a lot larger than the old guy’s. And when the old guy makes noises, it sounds like hes in the background somewhere, not right up where the camera is.
Maybe some others can investigate this as well, but Im like 99% sure they substituted a new actor for the old guy during the POV scene. Then when they show the old guy again at the end of the scene at 1:26:22, it looks like it was a continued shot from before the POV scene started.

You’re probably right. Yuji-san probably didn’t get his ED meds right that day which is a shame since the shoot was with Rika.
