haha not the AV pool that been used in multiple films lol It’s been awhile since I seen this setting.
Even has the chairs setup the same way and AIKA has done multiple films using this set.

It was out of action for a while, as COVID made disinfecting each after each movie shoot too expensive to make it work. First movie that I recall using it again was CJOD-312, which came out in late September. This means that the pool started being used again in late June/ early July 2020 (it takes about 3 months between shooting a movie and releasing it).
So if you said between late June/early July 2020, that’s when COVID started early 2020. China outbreak started Dec 2019 and that’s when shit started getting serious.
I can’t imagine they were using a pool or any pools doing the mist of COVID(we are still in it). But Japan was ignoring the realities of COVID too. So.. they were probably filming. Yikes.

Fun fact is that swimming pool is not only being used for AV, but also a lot of variety shows.
Based on the third scene, it seems it is the same house where they shot scenes with “elegant”, “prestigious”, etc. image. Just like in the Beauty Venus series and other Harem series (like what S1 did a lot in old times).
That pool has seen it all lol
I imagine not even all the cleanings and disinfectants can truly wash away the years(and years) of sperm, pussy juice, piss, and the occasional shit balls that pool has been accustomed too lmao
