Always been wondering, are Hitomi’s breast real? Hard to believe if they are genetically possible considering her body proportion. If they are, what a unique genes. But if aren’t, I wonder the logic that follows to aim for size that heavy.

They are “real”, no fake boobs can look that humongous and soft.
Someone said in the past she has some kind of medical condition, hypertrophy, so her boobs will keep on growing until she has to do a reduction.
If they were fake, then they would at least gotten them to match.

its not real she have a surgery on her tits ( filled up with her own fat most taken from lower of the hips) so the tits can have huge size…now the medic tech become huge investment and develop many things to satisfied the clients and give them most privacy and the looks they want ..ect

That’s interesting. I always thought her boobs were too big compared to her slim hips. Then again they look kind of natural.
So that’s a good surgery job there.
