I find that older javs are better in terms of audio compared to today’s javs, the volumes are all level, unlike recent javs that are very fluctuative.
In today’s javs, there are a very significant differences between sex scene volumes and dialogue scene volumes.
I often had to up the volume just to hear what they are saying, yet when they start fucking even the slightest sounds of moans and kisses are way louder.
That I’m afraid is old age my friend. Movies are made these days with digital audio tailored to the hearing of a 14-30 year old because they have the biggest spending power. Once we get to late 20s though we lose the ability to hear at certain pitches and tv and film audio appears inconsistent. AV is no different because the equipment used is pretty much the same. Hearing advice on a smut site? Who’d have thought it?
