Right. Thinking about this, the Korean government said porn and crime are directly related, hence they banned online porn. But crime rates didn’t change at all after that.
Real life in Japan is very safe and Japanese are very tame and stuck in their old ways of thinking. Any changes happen very slowly. And generally, nobody worries about crime and the vast majority of people never even experienced any crime in their life. Movies are purely just fiction.
