you don’t seem to understand Japanese culture very well. I have visited Japan twice just this year and if you’ve been to japan (especially Osaka), you’ll know how much ageplay-power-dynamics are embedded in their culture.

From harmless things such as TV advertisements, billboards, and posters. You will always see a pair of an older male and a younger female. This is what they see as common and ordinary, and the girls rarely mind it, some even exploit it for their benefit.
