Oh I love convenience stores a lot, not only because it has a variety of snacks/meals to choose from but the atmosphere inside itself is soothing for me. I have been to Japan just last year and i was forced to stay for longer at a Lawsons because it was raining hard. Seeing folks there sip their drinks and eat their sandwiches while waiting for the rain to stop was magical for me.

Now back to this, a dull, almost office-like konbini. Dull colored uniforms and some atm machines and newspapers. It reeks of that cold yet nostalgic feel. And night shifts can get pretty weird at times. I like the setting of this movie.
